Terms of Use
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
Last Updated: May 10, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the TheraFiles website, applications, licence infrastructure, subscription services, API, storage services, reminder services, AI-assisted features, support services, and related services, including any paid licences and add-ons (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms apply to TheraFiles across all supported platforms and distribution channels, including the iOS app distributed through the Apple App Store, the macOS app distributed directly from our website, and any related web, licensing, storage, reminder, backend, or support services.
Certain platform-specific terms apply depending on where and how the app, licence, subscription, or add-on was purchased.
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a licence or subscription, downloading the app, activating a licence key, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you use the Services on behalf of a clinic, company, organisation, practice, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. About TheraFiles
TheraFiles is software designed for mental health professionals and related professional users. It provides tools that may include scheduling, appointment management, reminders, clinical and administrative documentation, secure records, file storage, collaboration, invoicing support, and AI-assisted drafting.
The Services are intended primarily for professional, business, or organisational use by authorised individuals, clinics, practices, and organisations.
TheraFiles is a software tool only. It does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, clinical supervision, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, insurance advice, crisis care, emergency services, or any professional service to patients or clients.
2. Application Provider
The Services are provided by:

3. Eligibility
You may use TheraFiles only if:
– you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
– you are authorised to use the Services for professional, business, or organisational purposes;
– you comply with all applicable laws, regulations, professional duties, confidentiality obligations, and ethical requirements relevant to your use;
– you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
TheraFiles is not intended for use directly by patients or clients as a medical, psychological, emergency, or crisis-support service.
4. Professional Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for:
– the lawfulness, accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the data you upload, store, import, create, share, transmit, or otherwise process;
– compliance with medical confidentiality, privacy, data protection, professional, ethical, insurance, documentation, and regulatory obligations;
– obtaining any necessary permissions, instructions, authorisations, consents, or professional approvals;
– determining whether TheraFiles is suitable for your professional workflow and legal obligations;
– reviewing all reminders, notes, documents, communications, AI-generated outputs, clinical drafts, administrative drafts, and exported content before use, transmission, storage, or reliance;
– maintaining appropriate professional records and continuity of care outside TheraFiles where required by law, professional rules, or good clinical practice.
TheraFiles does not replace clinical judgement, professional supervision, legal review, data protection advice, accounting advice, or independent record-keeping obligations.
5. Accounts and Credentials
To access some or all Services, you may be required to create an account, activate a licence key, sign in with licence credentials, or otherwise verify your entitlement.
You agree to:
– provide accurate, current, and complete information;
– keep credentials confidential and secure;
– notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access or misuse;
– ensure that only authorised users access your account, workspace, licence, or subscription;
– keep your email address and billing information up to date.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, licence, or credentials unless caused directly by our breach of applicable security obligations.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably suspect unauthorised use, credential sharing, fraud, security compromise, misuse, unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms.
6. Licence Grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use TheraFiles during the valid subscription or licence term for your internal professional or business use.
No ownership in the software, Services, website, documentation, trademarks, designs, workflows, code, AI prompts, templates, or related intellectual property is transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, resell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from TheraFiles, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
7. Platform and Distribution Channels
TheraFiles may be made available through different distribution channels, including:
– the Apple App Store for iOS;
– direct macOS distribution from therafiles.ai or another official TheraFiles website;
– direct licensing or subscription purchase through TheraFiles, Cure of Mind, or an authorised payment provider;
– other distribution, licensing, or platform channels that may be introduced in the future.
The features, prices, billing provider, renewal mechanism, cancellation method, subscription management tools, refund process, and entitlement verification may differ depending on the platform and purchase channel.
8. Paid Services, Core Licence, and Add-Ons
TheraFiles may offer paid licences, auto-renewing subscriptions, and optional paid add-ons. These may include, without limitation:
– the Core License;
– expanded managed cloud storage;
– appointment reminders;
– AI-assisted features;
– collaboration features;
– other paid features or services that may be introduced from time to time.
The Core License is required for full professional use of TheraFiles beyond any limited free tier, trial cap, or free functionality that may be offered.
Optional add-ons may include expanded managed cloud storage and appointment reminders. Add-ons may require an active Core License and may be billed separately, depending on the platform, purchase channel, and subscription configuration.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, add-ons do not replace the Core License and do not independently grant access to the full TheraFiles experience.
All pricing, plan descriptions, billing intervals, usage limits, and included features displayed at the time of purchase form part of the applicable commercial offer.
We may change pricing, plan structure, feature availability, storage limits, usage limits, subscription names, or add-on configuration prospectively. Any such change will not retroactively alter a licence term already paid for, unless required by law, agreed otherwise, or handled according to the applicable platform or payment provider rules.
9. Auto-Renewal
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
By purchasing an auto-renewing subscription, you authorise recurring charges for the applicable subscription fee, taxes, and any other disclosed charges at the interval shown before purchase, unless and until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation method applicable to the purchase channel.
The billing period may be monthly, yearly, or another period shown at the time of purchase. Renewal will normally occur at or near the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to the rules of the relevant platform, payment provider, or app store.
10. iOS App Store Subscriptions
TheraFiles is licensed, not sold. Your use of the TheraFiles app is subject to these Terms of Use and, where applicable, Apple’s App Store rules and Apple Media Services terms. Apple is not responsible for the content, maintenance, support, professional use, data entered into, or services provided through TheraFiles, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Where TheraFiles is downloaded from the Apple App Store and a subscription is purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system, payment is charged to the user’s Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Apple App Store subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, or within any other timeframe required by Apple’s then-current rules.
The user’s Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, at the renewal price shown by Apple.
The available subscriptions include:
– License (core License)
Monthly (CoreMonthly):
An auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks the full TheraFiles experience on the Apple ID used for the purchase, including removal of the limited free tier and any trial cap on the number of patients or client records.
Annual (CoreAnnual):
An auto-renewing annual subscription that provides the same Core License access as CoreMonthly, billed once per year until cancelled.
– Storage add-on
Monthly (StorageMonthly):
An optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks expanded managed cloud storage for patient-related files and synced document storage features.
Annual (StorageAnnual):
An optional auto-renewing annual subscription that provides the same storage add-on as StorageMonthly, billed once per year until cancelled.
– Reminders add-on
Monthly (RemindersMonthly):
An optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks the automated appointment reminder service, including patient or client notifications coordinated via TheraFiles’ backend when the therapist schedules, modifies, or updates appointments in the app.
Annual (RemindersAnnual):
An optional auto-renewing annual subscription that provides the same appointment reminder service as RemindersMonthly, billed once per year until cancelled.
The core License is required for full professional use of TheraFiles beyond any limited free tier or trial cap. Optional add-ons require an active core License.
Apple App Store subscriptions must be managed and cancelled through the user’s Apple ID account settings or other subscription management tools provided by Apple. TheraFiles cannot directly cancel, refund, modify, pause, or manage Apple App Store subscriptions on behalf of the user.
If a user cancels an Apple App Store subscription, access to the relevant paid functionality will normally continue until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless Apple’s rules, Apple’s refund decision, or applicable law provide otherwise.
Refund requests for Apple App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple and are handled according to Apple’s refund policies. TheraFiles does not control Apple’s refund decisions.
11. Direct macOS, Website, and TheraFiles Subscriptions
Where TheraFiles for macOS is distributed directly from our website, or where a licence, subscription, renewal, or add-on is purchased directly through TheraFiles, Cure of Mind, therafiles.ai, or our authorised payment provider, the subscription is not managed by Apple and is not billed through the Apple App Store.
Direct TheraFiles subscriptions purchased through therafiles.ai, our website, the direct macOS distribution channel, or our authorised payment provider are billed by TheraFiles or the relevant payment provider and are not managed by Apple.
Direct subscriptions for the macOS app or website-based purchases renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date using the cancellation method provided in the user account, licence portal, payment provider portal, or by contacting TheraFiles support where no self-service cancellation option is available.
For direct purchases, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next renewal charge is processed. A cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally result in a refund for the current paid subscription period, unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
If a direct subscription is cancelled, access to the relevant paid functionality will normally continue until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Where direct billing is handled by a third-party payment provider, payment processing, billing details, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, chargebacks, and payment method management may be subject to that provider’s own terms and technical processes.
12. Cross-Platform Recognition of Direct Subscriptions
Where technically supported, an active direct TheraFiles subscription may be recognised across supported platforms, including the macOS app and the iOS app, when the user signs in with the same TheraFiles account or uses the same valid licence credentials.
Such cross-platform recognition does not make the direct subscription an Apple App Store subscription. Direct subscriptions remain subject to TheraFiles’ direct billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and support processes. They cannot be managed, cancelled, refunded, modified, or paused through Apple’s subscription management tools.
Where technically supported, an active Apple App Store subscription may unlock corresponding features in the iOS app and may be recognised by TheraFiles’ licensing infrastructure. However, Apple App Store subscriptions remain subject to Apple’s billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and subscription management processes.
13. Distinction Between Apple App Store and Direct Subscriptions
Apple App Store subscriptions and direct TheraFiles subscriptions are separate purchase channels.
A subscription purchased through the Apple App Store is managed through Apple. A subscription purchased directly through our website, payment provider, or direct macOS distribution channel is managed through TheraFiles or the relevant payment provider.
Cancelling a subscription in one channel does not automatically cancel a separate subscription in another channel. For example, cancelling a direct macOS or website subscription does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription, and cancelling an Apple App Store subscription does not cancel any separately purchased direct subscription.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they cancel the correct subscription through the correct purchase channel.
Where technically supported, TheraFiles may recognise an active licence across multiple devices or platforms linked to the same user account or licence credentials. However, cross-platform access, licence recognition, feature availability, subscription management, pricing, billing, and cancellation mechanisms may differ depending on whether the subscription was purchased through Apple or directly from TheraFiles.
14. Payment Terms
By purchasing a licence, subscription, or add-on, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
You are responsible for:
– providing accurate billing information;
– ensuring payment details remain valid;
– paying applicable VAT, sales tax, or similar charges where required by law;
– keeping your subscription or licence active where continued access is required;
– ensuring that you understand which purchase channel you used and how to manage or cancel it.
We may suspend, limit, downgrade, refuse, or terminate access to paid Services in the event of failed payment, chargeback, refund, suspected fraud, unlawful use, payment provider notification, Apple entitlement loss, or material breach of these Terms.
15. Failed Payments, Expired Subscriptions, and Loss of Entitlement
If payment fails, if a subscription expires, if a charge is reversed, if a refund is granted, if a payment provider reports non-payment, or if Apple or another platform reports that the subscription is no longer active, TheraFiles may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or terminate access to the relevant paid features.
This may include reverting the user to a limited free tier, disabling add-on functionality, limiting access to expanded managed cloud storage, disabling appointment reminders, disabling AI-assisted features, or restricting other paid services.
TheraFiles may attempt to notify users of payment failure, expiry, or loss of entitlement, but is not responsible for any loss of access caused by outdated contact details, failed delivery of emails, platform notification limitations, payment provider delays, Apple notification delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change from time to time.
For Apple App Store subscriptions, price changes are handled according to Apple’s rules and user notification mechanisms.
For direct macOS or website subscriptions, we may notify users of material price changes before they take effect where required by applicable law or by the payment provider’s rules. Continued use of the paid service after the effective date of a price change may require acceptance of the new price or continuation of the subscription at the updated rate.
17. Trials, Promotional Offers, and Discounts
TheraFiles may offer free trials, introductory prices, promotional offers, discounts, offer codes, or limited-time pricing at its discretion or through platform-specific mechanisms such as the Apple App Store.
The specific terms of any trial or offer will be shown before purchase or activation. Unless stated otherwise, after a trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically renew at the standard price shown at the time of purchase or activation, unless cancelled before renewal.
Availability of trials, discounts, or promotional offers may vary by platform, country, user eligibility, subscription history, and purchase channel.
18. Refunds
For Apple App Store purchases, refund requests must be submitted to Apple and Apple’s refund policies apply. TheraFiles does not control Apple’s refund decisions.
For direct purchases made through therafiles.ai, our website, the direct macOS distribution channel, or our authorised payment provider, refunds are governed by these Terms, any purchase-specific terms shown before payment, mandatory consumer law where applicable, and the rules of the relevant payment provider.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, direct subscription payments are non-refundable once the paid subscription period has begun, including in cases of non-use, accidental non-use, professional inactivity, change of mind, failure to use all features, failure to cancel before renewal, or loss of need for the service during a paid period.
19. No Automatic Refund for Non-Use
Failure to use TheraFiles, failure to use all available features, accidental non-use, professional inactivity, change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, or lack of need for the service during a paid period does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, unless required by applicable law or by the applicable platform’s rules.
For Apple App Store purchases, Apple’s refund process applies. For direct purchases, our refund policy applies as stated in these Terms and in any purchase-specific terms shown before payment.
20. Renewals, Expiry, Downgrade, and Data Deletion
Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals but does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of user data.
If a Core License or add-on expires, is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or not renewed, access to the corresponding paid functionality may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated.
When a licence or add-on expires:
– access to the relevant functionality may be suspended or terminated;
– associated data may be retained for up to one (1) month after expiry;
– we may send email notice before permanent deletion;
– after that retention period, relevant data may be irreversibly deleted in accordance with our retention practices.
The user remains responsible for exporting, backing up, downloading, or otherwise preserving any data they need before expiry, cancellation, downgrade, suspension, or deletion.
TheraFiles is not responsible for professional, clinical, administrative, regulatory, or continuity consequences arising from a user’s cancellation, non-renewal, failed payment, expired subscription, loss of entitlement, or failure to preserve necessary records.
21. Storage Add-On and Managed Cloud Storage
The Storage add-on may provide expanded managed cloud storage for patient-related files, synced documents, attachments, or other supported data, subject to applicable storage limits, technical restrictions, security controls, and subscription status.
Storage limits, file type restrictions, synchronisation behaviour, backup behaviour, retention periods, and restoration capabilities may vary by plan, platform, technical configuration, and third-party infrastructure availability.
The Storage add-on is not a substitute for your own professional record-keeping, local backup strategy, business continuity planning, or legal archiving obligations.
If the Storage add-on expires, is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or not renewed, access to expanded managed cloud storage may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated, and associated data may be deleted after the applicable retention period.
22. Appointment Reminders Add-On
The Appointment Reminders add-on may provide automated appointment reminder services, including patient or client notifications coordinated through TheraFiles’ backend when the professional schedules, modifies, or updates appointments in the app.
Reminder services may use email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, or other supported channels depending on availability, configuration, user settings, third-party provider support, country restrictions, and applicable law.
You remain responsible for ensuring that:
– reminder content is accurate and appropriate;
– patient or client contact details are correct;
– any required consent for reminders or electronic communications has been obtained;
– reminder settings are lawful and clinically appropriate;
– reminders are not used for spam, harassment, marketing without consent, or unlawful communications.
TheraFiles does not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered, received, opened, read, or acted upon. Delivery may depend on third-party networks, messaging providers, email systems, phone numbers, device settings, patient behaviour, or other factors outside our control.
23. AI Features
TheraFiles may provide AI-assisted features that generate draft content, summaries, treatment plans, administrative text, referral letters, clinical note drafts, or other output.
By using AI-assisted features, you acknowledge and agree that:
– AI outputs are generated automatically;
– outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable;
– all AI-generated material must be reviewed by a qualified human professional before use, storage, transmission, or reliance;
– you remain solely responsible for all clinical, legal, administrative, billing, professional, and communication decisions;
– AI output does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, supervision, legal advice, or professional judgement.
You must not rely on AI-generated output without appropriate review.
24. Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes connected with learning about, purchasing, renewing, managing, downloading, supporting, or using TheraFiles and related Services.
You must not:
– misuse the website;
– attempt unauthorised access;
– interfere with website security, integrity, or operation;
– scrape, mirror, copy, or exploit website content unlawfully;
– upload malicious code;
– use the website fraudulently, deceptively, or unlawfully.
25. Acceptable Use of the Services
You agree not to:
– use the Services in breach of privacy, confidentiality, clinical, professional, regulatory, or ethical obligations;
– process unlawful, defamatory, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, exploitative, or malicious content;
– share credentials with unauthorised persons;
– circumvent licence controls, entitlement checks, usage limits, or technical protections;
– reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law;
– resell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission;
– use reminder tools to send spam, harassment, marketing without consent, or unlawful communications;
– use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or compromise the Services or other users’ access;
– use the Services to develop, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product without our written permission;
– upload malware, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code;
– use the Services for emergency, crisis, or life-threatening situations.
26. Third-Party Services
TheraFiles may rely on or interoperate with third-party services, including hosting, backup, AI, messaging, payment, analytics, licensing, calendar, cloud storage, infrastructure, and operating system providers.
Your use of features involving third-party services may also be affected by those third parties’ own terms, technical limitations, availability, and privacy policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party services, third-party outages, third-party policy changes, third-party account restrictions, third-party pricing changes, or third-party delivery failures, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. Apple-Specific Terms
Where TheraFiles is downloaded from the Apple App Store:
– TheraFiles is licensed, not sold;
– your licence is granted by the Application Provider, not by Apple;
– Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, content, professional use, data entered into the app, or services provided through TheraFiles, except to the extent required by applicable law;
– Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable end user licence agreement for the iOS app and may enforce it against you as third-party beneficiaries;
– Apple App Store purchases, subscriptions, billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled according to Apple’s processes.
If a separate EULA is provided through Apple Store, that EULA applies to the iOS app obtained through the Apple App Store. If there is a conflict between that EULA and these Terms solely in relation to the licensed iOS app obtained through the Apple App Store, the Apple Store EULA applies to the extent of that conflict.
28. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in TheraFiles, including the software, website, interfaces, workflows, branding, logos, documentation, templates, AI-related workflows, design, code, databases, and related materials, remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
Except for the limited licence expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
You may not use our name, brand, logo, screenshots, interface, or marketing materials in a misleading, unauthorised, or infringing way.
29. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing terms.
Privacy Policy:
https://therafiles.ai/privacy/
You are responsible for using the Services in a manner consistent with your own legal and professional obligations toward patients, clients, collaborators, employees, contractors, and any other data subjects.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of TheraFiles complies with applicable data protection law, professional secrecy rules, medical confidentiality rules, patient rights, data retention rules, cross-border transfer restrictions, and organisational policies.
30. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect the Services. However, no software, cloud service, network, device, or electronic communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining device security, account security, access controls, password hygiene, operating system updates, local backups, and appropriate internal procedures.
You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised access, data breach, credential compromise, or misuse affecting your account or use of the Services.
31. Availability and Changes to the Services
We aim to provide reliable access to the Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability at all times.
We may suspend, restrict, modify, replace, update, remove, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance, updates, security, legal compliance, vendor dependency, product development, platform requirements, or operational reasons.
We may release beta, preview, or experimental features, which may be subject to additional terms and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time.
32. Updates
TheraFiles may provide updates, bug fixes, patches, feature changes, security improvements, or compatibility updates.
Some updates may be required for continued use of the Services, licence verification, security, or compatibility with operating systems and third-party services.
Failure to install updates may affect functionality, security, compatibility, subscription verification, entitlement recognition, or access to support.
33. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheraFiles is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
– the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
– reminders will always be successfully delivered through third-party networks or providers;
– AI outputs will be accurate, complete, appropriate, or fit for any purpose;
– the Services alone will ensure your compliance with legal, tax, clinical, regulatory, professional, insurance, or documentation obligations;
– every feature will be available on every platform, country, subscription tier, device, or operating system version;
– data synchronisation, backup, storage, or restoration will be uninterrupted or error-free.
34. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, professional consequences, clinical consequences, regulatory consequences, or loss arising from inability to use the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
35. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from:

– clinical, professional, or administrative decisions made using or relying on the Services;
– unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to protect credentials.
36. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or terminate access to the Services if:
– you breach these Terms;
– payment fails or a subscription expires;
– a chargeback, refund, or entitlement revocation occurs;
– we suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised access, or unlawful activity;
– continued access would create legal, security, privacy, professional, or operational risk;
– required by law, court order, regulator, platform provider, payment provider, or infrastructure provider.
Termination or suspension does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.
37. Export and Legal Compliance
You must comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, data protection, healthcare, professional, and technology laws relevant to your use of the Services.
You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer TheraFiles in violation of applicable law or sanctions restrictions.
38. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by law or where changes are material, we may provide additional notice.
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.
39. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection or platform-specific rules require otherwise.
Where you are a consumer and mandatory law grants you rights in your country of residence that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the competent courts of Greece, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
